• Managing shipments of gallery catalogues, packages, and correspondence
• Greeting patrons at front desk, answering questions concerning exhibition and gallery
• Directing phone calls, receiving clients, and handling sales of catalogues and posters
• Assisting directors Michael Findlay and Esperanza Sobrino with correspondence, research, price lists, and various projects
• Editing essays, creating marketing content for Instagram, and scheduling gallery tours
